LULLACRY: New Album Delayed

December 8, 2004

Finland's LULLACRY are currently hard at work recording the follow up to their 2002 release "Crucify My Heart". Fans can anticipate an early 2005 U.S. release. A studio update from guitarist Sami Vauhkonen follows:

"We just came back from the Astia studio! Unfortunately we didn´t manage to finish the recordings in time. We have still some guitars and vocals to do. And because we want to make the best fuckin' album possible, we will continue in the beginning of the next year. At the moment there's no studio time available, so we have to re-schedule rest of the shit, you know. So, good news is that the album definitely rocks like hell but we want to make it HOTTER THAN HELL!!! Bad news is that we are not able to release it in time. We WILL let you know about the new release dates as soon as it's possible. THANX FOR PATIENCE GUYS AND GALS, I promise we won't let you down!"

As previously reported, LULLACRY recently finished recording their new single, "Stranger In You", at Finnvox studios in Helsinki. The single will be out worldwide on March 9, 2005 and will also include a cover of KISS' "I Stole Your Love". The group issued a five-song EP, "Fire Within", in August, featuring two new songs ("Fire Within" and "The #1 Rebel"),two remakes of classic LULLACRY tracks, as well as a cover version of W.A.S.P.'s "L.O.V.E. Machine".
